Who remembers the Nick shows of the 90's? Well, TeenNick is bringing them back for those of us who used to watch them. According to the article,Clarissa Explains it All and Doug will be among the first 90s shows to come back.
I, for one, am excited about this because those were two of my favorite shows back then and who doesn't enjoy a little nostalgia? Watching old shows or listening to old songs takes me back in time... I also love that the network is actually listening to their fans and their desire to see these shows again. That's a lesson that more executives should take note of.
So what shows did you love on Nick back in the 90s? What ones would you love to see again? Comment and let me know! Til next time...

Contests and Stuff....
So I decided to enter a cover song contest on youtube. It's for a channel called Sound Underground where artists upload their original songs. I chose this song to cover. Look up the original, too.... beautiful song!
In other news, been watching some reruns of some old favorites lately: The Golden Girls and In Living Color. Every time I hear either theme song, I go back to being a kid and laughing hysterically at Homie D. Clown and Miss Bonita. One of my favorite bits was the Dirty Dozens when Ed O'Neill guested as the grand champion. It's sad that there is nothing quite like this on TV any more.
The Golden Girls is another great example of that. There are very few casts, IMO, that were as perfect as the Girls. There really wasn't a weak link for me- everyone cracked me up. I especially love the mother/daughter relationship between Dorothy and Sophia.
So, did you watch any of these shows back then (or do you now?) What do you think of them? Are there any scenes in particular that are favorites? Let me know! I guess that's about it for now. Take care and see ya next time. I hope to get another video blog done in the next day or two as well, so look out for that.

Nostalgia and Recs....
I'm back with a little rec for everyone out there. I was browsing online and came across the blog Brilliant but Cancelled on Television Without Pity. This post (and many of the others) brought back a lot of memories for me. It's amazing how many really quirky and interesting shows end up not lasting more than a few episodes (::cough::Wonderfalls::cough::) while other cookie cutter shows last years beyond their sell-by date. Ah well... there's always DVD releases right?
